Warehouse Logistics Receives, tags, and labels IT assets including personal computers, servers, software, networking hardware, audio-visual and related equipment. Ensures equipment is installed where intended and documentation is maintained, including logging of serial numbers with project and purchase orders. Ensures College procedures are followed on install and delivery equipment. Assists with liquidating assets by collecting, storing, processing and delivering equipment to liquidators. Develops and maintains inventory for the warehouse and updates it accurately and timely for all stockroom items. Participates in various inventory projects to help enter data in inventory tracking system following guidelines. Helps with spot checks and inventorying equipment on campus. Follows and develops schedule to inventory locations, as needed.
Clerical & Financial
Ensures purchase orders (POs) and blanket purchase orders (BPOs) are created timely and end users and stakeholders are kept informed. Obtains quotes to ensure competitive pricing. Checks for terms and conditions for each purchase of software/maintenance/service requested. Works with vendors, end users and internal IT teams to price appropriate software and hardware, for maintenance, and for support or other needs. Processes equipment returns to vendors and addresses other issues related to equipment orders and receiving. Coordinates with liquidation vendor to ensure that equipment is properly removed and disposed of per college policy and procedure.
Moves & Customer Service
Works with various IT groups to help with office moves and any other equipment moves, as necessary, for all campuses. Supports IT strategic planning by supplying and maintaining an accurate list of inventories. Helps with Physical and Compliance audits, as required. Trains as backup to other IT Asset Management technicians, as required.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal warehouse working conditions, with occasional exposure to dirt and dust. Employee is occasionally exposed to minor cuts, burns, or other incapacitating injury and risk of electrical shock, with exposure to airborne particles. Works near moving parts. Regular exposure to noise typical of business offices. Work will be done completely on campus. There will be minimal to no remote work.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of: Multiple OS environments; technical equipment components and functions; technical equipment installation processes; standard office practices and procedures within area of specialization; asset management and procurement procedures; servers; personal computers; supporting software. Skills in: excellent verbal and written communication; organization; customer service; general typing; application of job-related computer software and equipment. Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience working in an IT Asset Management or warehouse logistics. State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
